Refusing or cancelling order

In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of re-seller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

Product Disclosure

• We will manufacture to the sizes you have provided, with a standard manufacturing tolerance of plus or minus 1cm.
• Both curtains in a pair will be the same length without tolerance.
• We will meet our obligations under the prevailing consumer legislation but custom curtains are non-refundable if they have been provided in the correct colour, size and make as you ordered.
• Custom curtains are made from separate batches of fabric to the ready-made sizes in store.  Therefore some shade variation may occur.  Shade variation will be within commercial tolerance.
